An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Gentle modified yoga practice that is effective therapy for improving health, focus, flexibility, balance and wellbeing for seniors and those with conditions/limitations. This class is taught in a seated and standing formation only.
