An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This class is for all levels; it is a form of strength and flexibility training. Pilates promotes the feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops inner physical awareness. Pilates is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation and balance.
