An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

This low impact / intensity workout will challenge those who need to get into shape, have arthritis, or have had replacements or challenges with their joints. This class incorporates low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.
