An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
Aerobic exercise based in a chair setting only. This class incorporates flexibility, strength and cardio. Some of the benefits are: lubricate joints, stabilize spine, increase circulation, strengthen postural muscles, keep ankle joints flexible, strengthen mobilization muscles, strengthen tibialis muscles or shin.
