Stretching offers you the ability to improve your health through an amazing form of adaptive exercise. You are supported by a chair so you can receive healing and restorative benefits. Stretching relaxes your body and improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates health and well-being.

Water Aerobics

This 1 hour long class builds aerobic fitness, as well as muscle toning and strengthening for a total body aerobics class.  This class will help you reach your wellness goals.

Chair Yoga

A gentle modified yoga practice that is effective therapy for improving health, focus, flexibility, balance and wellbeing for seniors and those with conditions/limitations. This class is taught in a seated and standing formation only.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a wiffle ball, with 26-40 round holes, over a net.  Court is slightly shorter than regulation size.

Yoga

Class teaches the fundamentals of a yoga practice and combines movement with breath to focus the mind. Students must have the capability to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
