We’re pleased to announce that Jeff Sianko has joined Christwood as Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction across the organization including the implementation of key strategic objectives and oversight of financial and operational performance.

Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Front Porch Communities, Jeff led the day-to-day operations for one of the largest not-for-profit senior living and affordable housing providers in the country. His career with Front Porch spanned more than two decades, beginning in 2004 when he joined the organization. Over the years, he took on increasing levels of responsibility, reflecting a deep commitment to the not-for-profit’s mission of fostering vibrant, supportive environments for residents.
Throughout his tenure, Jeff focused on enhancing quality of care, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. His approach emphasizes transparent communication, collaborative leadership, and unwavering dedication to meeting the needs of both residents and staff members.
