Cottage homes are single-family homes set on a quiet, suburban-style street. They offer the space and privacy of a traditional family home without the maintenance. All floor plans include a double garage plus a golf cart garage. You can hop in your cart and reach our main campus in less than two minutes.

How do I know which community is right for me?
An easy way to get a feel for a particular community is to attend an educational event. If you like what you see, schedule your first personal tour to learn about residential options, amenities, and more. Go back for more visits, chat with residents, and stay for lunch. After a few visits, you’ll know if the community is right for you. At Christwood, you can also join our Community Center for adults 55+. It’s a great way to meet residents and staff members and try our lifestyle on for size to see if Christwood is the right fit for you.
It’s also important to consider the different types of financial arrangements available. Life Plan Communities require an upfront, one-time entrance fee, plus monthly fees, but contract types differ in the amount of health coverage they provide. Some contracts also refund a portion of your entrance fee. Rental communities, on the other hand, don’t require an entrance fee, but you’ll pay the full cost of health care services you use.
